 1. THIS REVIEW IS A CURSORY REVIEW AS IT RELATES TO THE
 SITE. IT IS NOT A REVIEW FOR FULL COMPLIANCE WITH
 FLORIDA BUILDING CODE. THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS ARE TO BE
 ADDRESSED FOR PERMITTING.
  
 2. THE PROPOSED LOT LINE LOCATION WOULD LEAVE THE 2
 STORY BUILDING OUT OF COMPLIANCE WITH BUILDING
 SEPARATION, PERCENTAGE OF OPENINGS AND OPENING
 PROTECTIVE REQUIREMENTS OF SECTION R302 OF FLORIDA
 BUILDING CODE (RESIDENTIAL). THE FIRE RESISTANCE RATING
 OF EXTERIOR WALLS, OPENINGS AND PENETRATIONS, AND THEIR
 SEPARATION DISTANCE TO THE NEAREST LOT LINE, SHALL
 COMPLY WITH TABLE R302.1. THE CODE WILL ONLY ALLOW THE
 EXTERIOR WALL TO BE ON THE LOT LINE (OR LESS THAN 3
 FEET FROM THE LOT LINE) IF THE WALL HAS A 1 HOUR
 FIRE-RESISTANCE RATING AGAINST FIRE EXPOSURE FROM BOTH
 SIDES, ANY PROJECTIONS (SUCH AS ROOF OVERHANG) HAVE A 1
 HOUR FIRE-RESISTANCE RATING ON THE UNDERSIDE, THERE ARE
 NO OPENINGS (WINDOWS, DOORS, VENTS, ETC.) IN THE WALL,
 AND ANY PENETRATIONS FOR PIPES, CONDUIT, ETC., ARE
 FIRESTOPPED IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION R302.4 OF
 FLORIDA BUILDING CODE (RESIDENTIAL). ALSO, THE EXISTING
 COVERED WALKWAY APPEARS TO BE ATTACHED TO BOTH
 BUILDINGS AND IS NOT PERMITTED BECAUSE IT WOULD BE
 UNITING TWO SEPARATE BUILDINGS ON SEPARATE LOTS.
