 ALL PLANS. PLEASE NOTE THAT CHANGES ON THE RESUBMITTED

 PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU WILL BE PERMITTED ONE (1)
 RESUBMITTAL AT NO ADDITIONAL COST. IF PREVIOUSLY-ISSUED

 PROPERTY. THIS IS NEEDED TO VERIFY THE MAXIMUM
 ALLOWABLE SIGNAGE AREA ON THE PROPERTY.
  
 3.) WILL THE PROPOSED MONUMENT SIGN HAVE ONE (1) OR TWO
 (2) FACES?
  
 4.) THE PROPOSED MONUMENT SIGN SHALL BE SETBACK AT
 LEAST FIVE FEET (5?) FROM THE PROPERTY LINE. THIS MUST
 BE ILLUSTRATED IN THE PLANS.
  
 5.) PLEASE NOTE AND CORRECT THE SIGN AREA FOR THE
 PROPOSED MONUMENT SIGN. THE SIGN AREA FOR THE PROPOSED
 SIGN IS CALCULATED AT 6?1? X 5?11? (A TOTAL OF 36 SQ.
 FT.) PER ZLDR S. 94-405(A).
