 THE POD A LIFT STATION REQUIRES CONSTRUCTION OF A NEW
 4" FORCE MAIN TO CONNECT TO THE CITY'S EXISTING LIFT
 STATION #77 (LS 77). THIS STATION WAS BUILT IN 1971
 UTILIZES A DRY CAN/WET CAN STATION DESIGN THAT WILL
 REQUIRE UPGRADE IN THE NEAR FUTURE.
  
 IT MAY BE MORE COST EFFICIENT TO COMBINE THE NEED FOR A
 NEW LIFT STATION AT POD A ALONG WITH THE CITY'S NEED TO
 UPGRADE LS 77 INTO A SINGLE LIFT STATION TO SATISFY
 BOTH AREAS.
  
  
 STORM WATER
 THE CURRENT DESIGN ROUTES ALL OF COLLECTED STORM FLOWS
