 2) THE TERMINAL AND INTERIOR LANDSCAPE ISLANDS FOR THE
 NEW PARKING SPACES ON THE WEST SIDE OF THE REVISED PBA
 1 BUILDING DO NOT HAVE THE REQUIRED TREES IN THEM.
  
 3) THE GENERATORS AND OTHER FEATURES SHOWN IN THE
 E-MAILS FROM 9/12/13 NEED TO BE INCLUDED ON THE MINOR
 AMENDMENT PLANS.
  
 4) A NUMBER OF MONTGOMERY PALMS WERE REMOVED ALONG THE
 EAST SIDE OF THE PBA 1 BUILDING. IS THERE AN
 OPPORTUNITY TO KEEP SOME OF THESE SO THAT THEY WILL
 HELP SOFTEN THE LONG FACADE OF THE BUILDING? STAFF
 RECOGNIZES THAT THESE PALMS ARE NOT REQUIRED TO MEET
 THE OVERALL SITE REQUIREMENTS.
  
 5) THE SITE PLAN INDICATES AN AREA FOR FUTURE OUTDOOR
 SEATING FOR BUILDING G. DOES RED ROBIN PLAN OUTDOOR
 SEATING, OR IS IT SHOWN IN THE EVENT THAT THERE IS A
 TENANT BEYOND RED ROBIN?
  
 6) PLEASE EXPLAIN THE STATUE OF LIBERTY ON THE RED
 ROBIN FACADE.
  
 7) THE RED ROBIN ELEVATIONS APPEAR TO INCLUDE BLANK
 FACADE AREAS THAT ARE GREATER THAN 15 FEET OF VERTICAL
 DIRECTION. SINCE THERE IS NO SCALE ON THE RED ROBIN
 PLANS, STAFF IS UNABLE TO VERIFY.
  
 8) NO VERIFICATION THAT THE ROOFTOP MECHANICAL
 EQUIPMENT WILL BE SCREENED WAS PROVIDED FOR THE RED
 ROBIN BUILDING.
  
 9) THE ADA PARKING SPACES SHOWN TO THE WEST OF THE PBA
 1 BUILDING APPEAR TO HAVE STEPS ALONG THE ACCESSIBLE
 ROUTE. IF THESE ARE RAMPS, IT SHALL BE CLEARLY
 INDICATED AS SUCH.
  
 10) BUILDING A - SHEET 123 DOES NOT SHOW A WALL ON THE
 WESTERN SIDE OF THE DUMPSTER.
  
 11) BUILDING A - DOOR SHOWN ON NORTH SIDE OF BUILDING
 ON SITE PLAN NOT SHOWN ON SHEET 123.
  
 12) BUILDING A - THERE A FEW PLACES BEHIND TENANTS A2
 AND A3 THAT CREATE POSSIBLE BLIND SPOTS THAT COULD
 RESULT IN PROBLEMS WITH VAGRANTS, DUMPING, VANDALISM,
 ETC. PLEASE REVIEW. NOTE: THE CITY'S CRIME PREVENTION
 OFFICER KELLY CARSILLO IS A GOOD RESOURCE FOR MEASURES
 THAT COULD MITIGATE THESE POTENTIAL NEGATIVE IMPACTS.
  
 13) THE INSTALLATION OF PARKING SPACES TO THE WEST OF
 THE PBA 1 BUILDING DRAWS MORE THAN JUST THE SERVICE
 VEHICLES BEHIND THE BUILDING AND REQUIRES THAT THE
 COMPACTOR ENCLOSURE OPENINGS BE SCREENED WITH A GATE.
  
 14) ALL PARAPET CORNICE ELEMENTS NEED TO WRAP AROUND
 THE EDGE OF EXPOSED PARAPET ENDS. STAFF NOTICED THIS ON
 THE A AND B1 ELEVATION SHEETS. SOME OF THE PARAPET ENDS
 DO MEET THIS STANDARD.
  
 15) WHAT OCCURS IN THE TENANT B16 SPACE?
  
 16) PLEASE FLIP THE NORTH FACADE AND EAST FACADE COLORS
 ON THE SIGN TYPE 7 SQUARE FOOTAGE SHEET. THE RED AND
 ORANGE ARE HARD TO DIFFERENTIATE ON BUILDING J6.
