 - PLEASE NOTE THAT IF THE PLANNING DIVISION HAS NOT
 RECEIVED A RESPONSE TO THE COMMENTS WITHIN 60 DAYS FROM
 THE DATE OF THESE COMMENTS (SEPTEMBER 4, 2013), THE
 CASE SHALL BE CONSIDERED WITHDRAWN. ANY FURTHER ACTION
 SHALL REQUIRE A NEW DEVELOPMENT APPLICATION.

 1) THE PLANS ARE UNCLEAR AS TO WHAT IS BEING
 CONSTRUCTED AT THIS TIME.
  
 A. THE SITE PLAN REFERS TO FUTURE BUILDING EXPANSION,
 SHOWN AS A DASHED LINE.
 B. THE SITE PLAN SHOWS FUTURE CURBING, DRIVE AISLES AND
 PARKING AREAS. WHAT IS TO BE APPROVED AS PART OF THE
 MINOR AMENDMENT?
 C. THE LANDSCAPE PLAN INDICATES THAT ONLY SHRUBS WILL
 BE INSTALLED, YET THERE ARE TREES SHOWN ON WHAT MAY OR
 MAY NOT BE THE EXPANDED PARKING AREA.
  
 2) IF PARKING SPACES ARE ADDED, THE CORRESPONDING
 BICYCLE FACILITIES SHALL BE PROVIDED.
  
 3) PLEASE CLARIFY WHERE THE "PROPOSED USES" LISTED IN
 THE TRAFFIC LETTER WILL BE GOING. IT IS GREATER THAN
 THE APPROXIMATELY 21,000 SQ. FT. EXPANSION FOR THE
 FEXEX GROUND FACILITY.
