 OF ALL PLANS. PLEASE NOTE THAT CHANGES ON THE

 - THE PPRC COMMENTS SHALL BE SUFFICIENTLY ADDRESSED AND
 SUBMITTED TO THE PLANNING DIVISION BY 5 PM ON FRIDAY,
 JULY 19, 2013, TO BE SCHEDULED FOR THE AUGUST 20, 2013
 PLANNING BOARD MEETING.
  
 - PLEASE NOTE THAT IF THE PLANNING DIVISION HAS NOT
 RECEIVED A RESPONSE TO THE PPRC COMMENTS WITHIN 60 DAYS
 FROM THE DATE OF THE PPRC MEETING (DUE SEPTEMBER 20,
 2013), THE CASE SHALL BE CONSIDERED WITHDRAWN. ANY
 FURTHER ACTION SHALL REQUIRE A NEW DEVELOPMENT
 APPLICATION.
  
 - PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU WILL BE PERMITTED ONE (1)
 RESUBMITTAL AT NO ADDITIONAL COST. IF PREVIOUSLY-ISSUED
 COMMENTS CONTINUE TO NOT BE SUFFICIENTLY ADDRESSED, THE
 APPLICANT WILL BE ACCESSED A RESUBMITTAL FEE. SUCH FEE
 WILL BE 20% OF THE ORIGINAL APPLICATION FEE ($720).
  
 - PUBLIC HEARING NOTIFICATION SIGNAGE SHALL BE POSTED
 IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF ORDINANCE NO.
 4357-11.
  
 1) THE ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS (ZLDR)
 REQUIRE THAT NOTICE IS GIVEN TO ALL PROPERTY OWNERS
 WITHIN 400 FEET OF THE SITE. THE ENVELOPES PROVIDED DID
 NOT INCLUDE ALL THE PROPERTIES WITHIN 400 FEET, RATHER
 ONLY THE WATERFRONT PROPERTIES. ADDITIONALLY, THE
 ENVELOPES SHALL BE STAMPED BY THE APPLICANT AND TWO
 SETS ARE REQUIRED.
  
 2) PROVIDE TWO FULL SIZED, SIGNED AND SEALED COPIES OF
 THE SURVEY.
  
 3) PROVIDE THE SIGNED AND SEALED SHEET 2 OF 4, WHICH
 SHOWS THE ENTIRE BOAT LIFT WITHIN THE MIDDLE 1/3 OF THE
 PROPERTY.
  
 4) PLEASE VERIFY THE SCALE ON THE ENGINEER DRAWINGS -
 THE DO NOT SEEM TO CORRESPOND TO THE DOCK PLAN THAT WAS
 SUBMITTED. THE ZLDR REQUIRE THAT THE SUBMITTED PLANS
 ARE TO SCALE.
  
 5) THE ARMY CORPS LETTER APPROVES A 780 SQUARE FOOT
 REPLACEMENT DOCK, NOT AN 820 SQUARE FOOT REPLACEMENT
 DOCK AS SUBMITTED AS PART OF THIS APPLICATION. THERE IS
 CONFLICTING MATH IN ITEM NO. 2 OF THE LETTER, YET IT
 APPROVES ONLY A 789 SQUARE FOOT DOCK. EITHER THE DOCK
 AREA NEEDS TO BE REDUCED, OR A REVISED LETTER IS
 REQUIRED FROM THE ARMY CORPS.
  
 6) THE ZLDR REQUIRE THAT ALL MOORING SLIPS ARE PROVIDED
 WITH CONNECTIONS FOR POTABLE WATER AND ELECTRICAL
 SERVICE. THE PLANS PROVIDED WITH THE APPLICATION DO NOT
 SHOW EITHER OF THESE. PLEASE EXPLAIN.
  
 7) PLEASE VERIFY THAT THERE WILL BE NO LIGHTING ON THE
 DOCK (NONE SHOWN ON THE PLANS).
