 PALM TREE LOOK THAT HAS BEEN ESTABLISHED AT THIS
 LOCATION AND OTHER PROPERTIES FRONTING OKEECHOBEE
 BOULEVARD. PLEASE REMEMBER IF PALMS ARE CHOSEN, THEN
