 IT LISTS THE EXISTING DEVELOPMENT POTENTIAL FOR PARCELS
 5 AND 6 INCORRECTLY. THE EXISTING POTENTIAL FOR PARCEL
 5 SHOULD BE 20,255 SQ. FT., WHILE THE EXISTING
 POTENTIAL OF PARCEL 6 SHOULD BE 16,008 SQ. FT. IT
 APPEARS THAT THE TRIP GENERATION TABLES ACCURATELY
 REFLECT THIS.
 6. PLEASE BE SURE TO PROVIDE AN ELECTRONIC COPY OF THE
 SURVEY.
 7. THERE WILL HAVE TO BE COORDINATION IN THE TIMING OF
 THE FIRST BAPTIST CHURCH IMPROVEMENTS, AND THE

 13. IS ANY EXTERIOR LIGHTING BEING PROPOSED? LIGHTING

 14. ALL PARKING STRIPING SHALL MEET THE MINIMUM

 23. HAS THERE BEEN ANY CONSIDERATION OF UTILIZING BERMS
