 - PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU WILL BE PERMITTED ONE (1)
 RESUBMITTAL AT NO ADDITIONAL COST. IF PREVIOUSLY-ISSUED
 COMMENTS CONTINUE TO NOT BE SUFFICIENTLY ADDRESSED, THE
 APPLICANT WILL BE ACCESSED A RESUBMITTAL FEE. SUCH FEE

 1) THE SURVEY PROVIDED WITH THE RESUBMITTAL DOES NOT
 ACCURATELY SHOW THE CITY'S LIFT STATION IN THE
 SOUTHEAST CORNER OF THE PROPERTY. THE CITY SURVEYOR HAS
 NOTED THAT THERE ARE EASEMENTS WITHIN THE PROPERTY
 ALONG THE SOUTH PROPERTY LINE THAT ARE NOT REFLECTED ON
 THE SURVEY. ALL EASEMENTS SHALL BE SHOWN TO VERIFY THAT
 THE SIGNS ARE NOT PLACED WITHIN AN EASEMENT.
  
 2) REPEAT COMMENT - THE SITE PLAN NEEDS TO BE TO SCALE.
 ADDITIONALLY, THE MONUMENT SIGN AREAS SHALL BE PROVIDED
 AT A SCALE NO GREATER THAN 1:30 WITH THE SIGNS SHOWN AT
 ACCURATE SIZE AND IN THE CORRECT LOCATION IN
 RELATIONSHIP TO THE SURROUNDING FEATURES (LIFT STATION,
 POWER POLES WITH GUY WIRES, BACKFLOW PREVENTERS, ETC.).
 STAFF NEEDS TO VERIFY THAT THERE IS SUFFICIENT ROOM FOR
 THE PLACEMENT OF THE SPECIFIC SIGNS IN THESE LOCATIONS.
  
 3) REPEAT COMMENT - THE SITE PLAN NEEDS TO VERIFY THAT
 SIGN (E) IS NOT WITHIN THE VISIBILITY TRIANGLE. THE
 PROVIDED DRAWING IS NOT TO SCALE AND STAFF IS UNABLE TO
 VERIFY COMPLIANCE WITH SECTION 94-305(E) OF THE ZONING
 AND LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS. PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS
 MAY BE SHOWN ON THE REVISED SITE PLAN WHICH COMPLIES
 WITH COMMENT #2.
  
 4) DUE TO THE PENDING UNITY OF TITLE TO ALLOW THE SIGNS
 INCLUDED WITH THIS APPLICATION, THE FRONT PROPERTY LINE
 IS 45TH STREET AND THE SIDE PROPERTY LINE IS CONGRESS
 AVENUE. THE 45TH STREET DIMENSION IS 381 FEET LONG.
 SIGNS ON ALONG THE FRONT PROPERTY LINE ARE PERMITTED
 100% OF THE LINEAR FRONTAGE AS SQUARE FOOTAGE.
  
 4) REPEAT COMMENT - THE SITE PLAN SHOWS MONUMENT SIGN
 (S) AS APPROXIMATELY 87 SQUARE FEET PER FACE, NOT 24
 SQUARE FEET AS LISTED. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE ENTIRE MASS
 OF THE SIGN IS COUNTED TOWARD THE SQUARE FOOTAGE, NOT
 JUST THE SIGN COPY - SEE SECTION 94-405(A) OF THE
 ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS. SIGN S IS 174
 SQUARE FEET TOTAL. STAFF DID A ROUGH SIZE CALCULATION
 BASED ON THE DIMENSIONS GIVEN AND THE SHAPE OF THE
 SIGN. THE ACTUAL DIMENSIONS SHALL BE PROVIDED UPON
 RESUBMITTAL.
  
 5) SIGN E WAS CORRECTLY SHOWN AT 180 SQUARE FEET ON THE
 ORIGINAL SUBMITTAL. THE CURRENT SUBMITTAL INCORRECTLY
 LISTS IT AS 69 SQUARE FEET.
  
 6) THE 354 SQUARE FEET OF SIGNAGE MEETS THE 45TH STREET
 SIGN SQUARE FOOTAGE ALLOWANCE (381 SQUARE FEET).
  
 7) THE UNITY OF TITLE FOR THIS PROPERTY SHALL BE
 RECORDED PRIOR TO ANY SIGNS FOR WEST PALM HOSPITAL
 BEING ERECTED ON THIS PROPERTY.

 4) THE SITE PLAN NEEDS TO VERIFY THAT SIGN (E) IS NOT
 WITHIN THE VISIBILITY TRIANGLE.
  
 5) THE DIMENSIONS ALONG CONGRESS AVENUE AND 45TH STREET
 WERE NOT PROVIDED ON THE SITE PLAN. THE ZONING AND LAND
 DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS (ZLDR) CALCULATE SIGNAGE
 SEPARATELY FOR EACH STREET FRONTAGE, NOT COMBINED AS
 SHOWN IN THE APPLICATION.
  
 6) THERE IS A DISCREPANCY WITH HOW THE SIGN AREA IS
 CALCULATED ON THE SITE PLAN AND WITH HOW THE ZLDR
 CALCULATE SIGN AREA. THE ZLDR CALCULATE THIS SIGN AT 96
 SQUARE FEET PER FACE (192 SQUARE FEET TOTAL). THE SIGN
 PLAN STATES THAT THE SIGN IS 24.5 SQUARE FEET PER FACE
 (49 SQUARE FEET TOTAL). PLEASE NOTE THAT IT APPEARS
 FROM THE INFORMATION PROVIDED THAT THE SIGN IS ONE (1)
 SQUARE FOOT OVER THE ALLOWED 45TH STREET SIGNAGE
 ALLOWANCE.
  
 7) SIGN (E) SEEMS EXCESSIVELY LARGE (WIDE) IN LIGHT OF
 THE REQUEST FOR THE ADDITIONAL TWO (2) FOOT HEIGHT
 VARIANCE.
