 IMPROVEMENTS THAT CROSS PROPERTY LINES WILL NEED TO BE
 REMOVED. FOR EXAMPLE, THE CONCRETE DRIVEWAY AND SMALL
 CONCRETE WALK THAT EXISTS ALONG THE CURRENT PROPERTY
 LINE WILL NEED TO BE MODIFIED. DRIVEWAYS, ETC. SHALL BE
 SET BACK A MINIMUM OF THREE (3) FEET FROM THE PROPOSED
 PROPERTY LINE.
  
 2. ACCORDING TO PERMIT RECORDS THERE WAS WORK DONE
 WITHOUT PERMITS. ACCORDING TO INITIAL REVIEW, NO
 PERMITS WERE ISSUED FOR THE COVERED CARPORT IN THE
 FRONT OF THE HOUSE, THE PERGOLA IN THE REAR OF THE
 PROPERTY, AND ADDITIONAL CONCRETE WORK ON THE PROPERTY
 APPEARS TO HAVE BEEN INSTALLED. PLEASE CONTACT ME TO
 DISCUSS.
