 THE STRUCTURE. THERE DOES NOT APPEAR TO BE A DIMENSION
 SHOWN FOR THE SETBACK PROVIDED FOR THE TOWNHOMES IN THE
 NORTHWEST CORNER OF THE PROPERTY.
  
 12. SHEET SP-1 IS UNCLEAR, WHERE ARE THE EXTENTS OF THE
 BUILDINGS?
  
 13. THE REAR SETBACK OF THE WATERFRONT VILLAS SHALL BE
 MEASURED FROM THE PROPERTY LINE TO THE CLOSEST POINT OF
 THE BUILDING. IT APPEARS THAT A PORTION OF THE
 STAIRCASE EXTENDS CLOSER TO THE PROPERTY LINE THAN
 WHERE THE SETBACK IS CURRENTLY BEING MEASURED TO.
  
 14. WALLS SHALL NOT EXCEED 48 INCHES IN HEIGHT WITHIN
 THE FRONT SETBACK. HEIGHT SHALL BE MEASURED FROM GRADE
 TO THE HIGHEST POINT ON THE WALL. DETAIL 402 SHOWS THE
 WALLS ALONG NORTH FLAGLER DRIVE AS BEING OVER 5 FEET IN
 HEIGHT. DETAIL 403 DOES NOT MATCH DETAIL 402 AND SHOWS
 A WALL THAT IS 6 FEET IN HEIGHT. ENSURE THAT ALL DETAIL
 MATCH ACCORDINGLY AND DO NOT EXCEED 48 INCHES WITHIN
 THE FRONT SETBACK.
  
 15. RESIDENTIAL PERMANENT IDENTIFICATION SIGNS SHALL
 NOT EXCEED 4 FEET IN HEIGHT AND SHALL NOT EXCEED 48
 SQUARE FEET PER SIGN FACE.
  
 16. PLEASE PROVIDE THE SETBACKS OF THE PROPOSED
