 OF SHEET SP.1. ALSO, SUBMIT A REDUCED COPY OF 8-1/2" X
 11" AND 11"X17" OF THE PLANS ALONG WITH AN ELECTRONIC
 COPY OF SUBMITTAL. ONCE, SUBMITTED AND DETERMINATION IS
 MADE THAT THE PROPOSED ENCLOSURE DOES NOT ENCROACH INTO
 THE EASEMENT, THE APPLICATION WILL BE APPROVED.
 THEREAFTER, THE APPLICANT CAN SUBMIT FOR BUILDING
 PERMITS.
