 SURVEY:
  
  
 4. PURSUANT TO THE DEVELOPMENT APPLICATION, REVISE
 SURVEY TO INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:
  
 A. PROVIDE THE GROSS LAND AREA (TO THE NEAREST
 ONE-HUNDREDTH (1/100) OF AN ACRE).
  
 B. THE SURVEY SHALL BE WITHIN ONE (1) YEAR OLD AND
 ACCOMPANIED BY A CURRENT TITLE POLICY.
  
 NOTE: THE SURVEY IS A PARTIAL SURVEY; DOES THE SURVEY
 FOR THE ENTIRE SHOPPING CENTER HAVE A CURRENT TITLE
 POLICY? IF SO, SUBMIT A COPY OF THE DATE OF THE TITLE
 POLICY AND NOTE IT ON THE SUBMITTED PARTIAL SURVEY.
  
 SITE PLAN- SHEET A- 101:
  
 5. PROVIDE EXISTING AND PROPOSED FLOOR PLAN.
  
 6. SHOW THE CLEARANCE DIMENSIONS BETWEEN THE NEW
 SHOPPING CART AREA AND SIDEWALK/RAMP ON PLANS. PROVIDE
 BARRIER AREA SO THAT CARTS ARE SAFELY STORED. THE EAST
 SIDE OF THE AREA DOES NOT SHOW ANY BARRIER. ARE ALL THE
 EXISTING PLANTERS NOW REMOVED? IF NOT, DEPICT ON PLANS.
 ARE THERE ANY EXISTING COLUMNS FOR THE COVERED SIDEWALK
 WITHIN THIS VICINITY?
  
 7. PROVIDE AN ENLARGED DETAIL OF THE NEW SIDEWALK,
 YELLOW STRIPPING ACCESS AND RECONFIGURATION OF NEW
 COMPACT SPACES. ADD DIMENSIONS THROUGHOUT THE AREAS
 THAT MEET MINIMUM CODE REQUIREMENTS.
  
 PURSUANT TO THE ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS
 ("ZDLR"), SECTION 94-485 (N) (1) AND (2), SMALL PARKING
 SPACES (COMPACT) THE MINIMUM SIZE IS 8' X 16' AND SHALL
 BE MARKED WITH INDIVIDUAL SIGNS STATING "SMALL CARS
 ONLY." THE SMALL PARKING SPACES SHALL HAVE DOUBLE
 STRIPPING ON EACH SIDE OF THE SPACE.
  
 ENSURE THAT THERE IS ENOUGH VEHICLE OVERHANG OF AT
 LEAST TWO (2) FEET CLEAR FROM THE NEW SIDEWALK. PROVIDE
 WHEEL STOPS WITH A TWO FOOT OVERHANG CLEARANCE OR OTHER
 SUITABLE REMEDY.
  
 8. SIGNAGE, SHEET A-201, PROVIDE THE SQUARE FOOTAGE OF
 SIGN WITH SQUARE FOOTAGE OF FACADE BASED ON THE
 LEASABLE AREA OF ALDI'S STORE ONLY. PURSUANT TO THE
 ZLDR, SECTION 94-408 (D)(1)D, ONLY ONE (1) SIGN WILL BE
 ALLOWED FOR ALDI. THE SEPARATE SIGN "FOOD MARKET" WILL
 NOT BE ALLOWED.
