 TREE COUNT ALONG THE SOUTH PROPERTY LINE, YOU MAY NOT
 NEED THE TREE EAST OF THE FDC TO MAKE YOUR REQUIRED

 11) THE ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS,
 SECTION 94-445(4)E REQUIRE THAT HEDGES REACH A MATURITY
 HEIGHT OF AT LEAST 40 INCHES; THEREFORE, THE NOTE IN
 RESPONSE TO THE POLICE COMMENT SHALL BE AMENDED TO 40
 INCHES INSTEAD OF THREE (3) FEET. THE PODOCARPUS SHALL
