 PLEASE RESPOND TO REVIEW COMMENTS IN WRITTEN FORMAT.
  
 1. "LI" WAS NOT IDENTIFIED ON THE PLANT LIST.
  
 2. BECAUSE THIS ENCOMPASSES THE ENTIRE SITE, PLEASE
 SHOW ALL EXISTING AND PROPOSED LANDSCAPING FOR THE
 ENTIRE SITE. ON THE ORIGINAL APPROVED LANDCAPE PLAN,
 LANDSCAPING WAS SHOWN AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF THE
 SITE BUT THERE WAS NO REFERENCE TO IT ON THE MOST
 RECENT SUBMITTAL. THE LANDSCAPING THAT WAS INSTALLED
 ALONG THE NORTH AND EAST SIDES OF THE MAIN BUILDING WAS
 NEVER APPROVED. PLEASE SHALL THE COMPLETE LAYOUT.
  
 3. PURSUANT TO SECTION 95-448 (D) (2), ON THE LANDSCAPE
 PLAN, PLEASE SHOW ALL UTILITIES, EASEMENTS, SITE
 LIGHTING AND ANYTHING ELSE THAT MAY IMPACT THE PROPOSED
 LANDSCAPING. THERE ARE CONFLICTS BETWEEN SITE LIGHTING
 AND TREES.
  
 4. THE HEDGE ADJACENT TO OKEECHOBEE BOULEVARD SHALL BE
 MOVED TO THE INSIDE OF THE LANDSCAPE SETBACK WITH THE
 FLAX LILIES TO BE PLANTED BETWEEN THE HEDGE AND CITY
 SIDEWALK.
  
 5. PLEASE PROVIDE THE XERISCAPE DESIGN OPTIONS.
  
 6. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-443 (C) (3) (A) EACH ROW OF
 PARKING SPACES SHALL BE TERMINATED BY LANDSCAPE ISLANDS
 OF NOT LESS THAN FIVE FEET IN WIDTH AND NOT LESS THAN
 THE LENGTH OF THE ADJACENT PARKING STALL. THE
 LANDSCAPED ISLAND SHALL CONTAIN AT LEAST ONE SHADE OR
 FLOWERING TREE. THE ISLAND ON THE EAST SIDE FO THE
 ACCESS POINT IN FROM OKEECHOBEE BOULEVARD (WEST ACCESS)
 WAS ORIGINALLY A LANDSCAPE ISLAND WHICH HAS BEEN PAVED
 OVER. IT NEEDS TO BE RESTORED. THE PARKING ROWS ON THE
 EAST AND WEST SIDES OF THE PROPOSED BUILDING DO NOT
 MEET THIS REQUIREMENT. THE LANDSCAPE ISLANDS AT THE
 NORTHEAST AND NORTHWEST CORNERS OF THIS MODIFIED AREA
 OF THE SITE ARE MISSING THE REQUIRED TREE.
  
 7. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-443 (C) THE OWNER OF PROPERTY
 THAT CONTAINS VEHICULAR USE AREAS SHALL INSTALL AND
 MAINTAIN A LANDSCAPE BUFFER WHEN SUCH USES ARE ADJACENT
 TO OR VISIBLE FROM A PUBLIC THOROUGHFARE. PURSUANT TO
 SECTION 94-443 (C) (2), VEHICULAR USE AREAS SHALL BE
 SCREENED FROM THOROUGHFARES AND AND RESIDENTIAL USES
 AND DISTRICTS BY A LANDSCAPE BUFFER OF AT LEAST FIVE
 FEET IN WIDTH. SHADE TREES MUST BE PLANTED AT 30-FOOT
 INTERVALS AND HEDGES SHALL BE PLANTED AT TOW-FOOT
 INTERVALS. THIS APPLIES TO THE WEST AND SOUTH
 (SOUTHWEST CORNER) SIDES OF THE SITE.
  
 8. STAFF RECOMMENDS THE USE OF VERTICAL LANDSCAPE
 ELEMENTS ALONG THE FOUNDATION ON THE NORTH SIDE OF THE
 PROPOSED BUILDING.
