 1. PLEASE PROVIDE ADDITIONAL DRAWINGS INDICATING THE
 PROPOSED ENCLOSURE AND STRUCTURE FOR THE SOUTH TERRACE.
 PLEASE INCLUDE INFORMATION REGARDING DISTANCE OF
 PROPOSED WALL FROM PROPERTY LINE, BACK OF CURB, AND
 HEIGHT OF WALL. A CROSS SECTION WILL HELP TO UNDERSTAND
 THE RELATIONSHIP WITH THE PUBLIC SIDEWALK. MAXIMUM
 HEIGHT ALLOWED UNDER THE DMP FOR GARDEN WALLS IS 4
 FEET.
 2. MINIMUM SETBACK ALONG FERN STREET IS 16'. PROPOSED
 WALL SHALL NOT BE LOCATED WITHIN THE MINIMUM SETBACK.
 2. THERE IS AN EXISTING STORM AND SANITARY LINE
 CURRENTLY LOCATED ACROSS THE PROPOSED BULB-OUT AT THE
 SOUTH-EAST CORNER OF THE SITE. THE EXACT LOCATION OF
 THE LINE SHALL BE DETERMINE. THE POSIBILITY OF LOCATING
 THE PROPOSED PALM TREE WILL BE DETERMINED BY THE FINAL
 DISTANCE FROM THE STORM AND SANITARY LINE.
 3. A ROW PERMIT WILL BE REQUIRED FOR THE MODIFICATIONS
 OUTSIDE THE PROPERTY LINE.
 4. PLEASE PROVIDE INFORMATION REGARDING EXISTING SIGNS
 TO DETERMINE ALTERNATIVES FOR NEW SIGNS.
 5. PROPOSED MONUMENT SIGN AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER IS
 NOT PERMITTED.
