 GARDEN SIZE IN THE SQUARE FOOTAGE. THIS INCLUDES THE
 PARKING ALLOCATED FOR THE URBAN MARKET GARDEN. THE
 GREENHOUSE IS 3,000 SQUARE FEET PLUS REQUIRED LANDSCAPE
 BUFFER AND PARKING, DUMPSTER AREA (BASICALLY THE AREA
 OUTLINED BY THE ARCHITECT'S SITE PLAN DRAWING (+/-
 5,000 SQ.FT.?) REVISE ALL SHEETS TO INCLUDE THE SAME
 AREA OF WORK FOR SHEET C-1, LP-1, ETC.
  
 3. SHEET 1 - WHAT IS THE HEIGHT OF THE ALUMINUM
 FENCE/GATES SHOWN ON SHEET 1? IS IT EXISTING?
  
 4. SHEET 1 - SITE DATA, SHOW BREAKDOWN OF REQUIRED
 PARKING AND ADA PARKING SPACES FOR THE GREENHOUSE? THE
 SITE DATA PROVIDED, SHOWS ALL PARKING FROM THE EXISTING
 COMMERCIAL BUILDING AND THE GREENHOUSE. LEAVE ALL DATA
 FOR THE PARKING, BUT BREAKDOWN THE REQUIRED VS.
 PROVIDED FOR THE URBAN MARKET GARDEN. THE PARKING
 REQUIREMENT IS A MINIMUM OF TWO (2) ON-SITE PARKING
 SPACES PER ACRE OF FRACTION THEREOF.
  
 5. SHEET 1 - ADD THE ADDITIONAL APPLICATION
 REQUIREMENTS ON PLANS, I.E. MAINTENANCE, ORGANIC
 PRACTICES, DRAINAGE, OPERATIONS LIMITATIONS, ETC
 PURSUANT TO ORDINANCE NO. 4309-10. A DIGITAL COPY WILL
 BE PROVIDED (EMAILED TO ARCHITECT) FOR EASIER REFERENCE
 AND TRANSPOSITION.
  
 6. SHEET - 1 - ADD ANGLE OF PARKING STALLS WITH
 DIMENSIONS OF THE TYPICAL STALL DETAIL FOR ANGLED
 PARKING, PURSUANT TO THE ZONING CODE, SECTION 94-485,
 FIGURE XV-2. ENLARGE EXISTING PARKING STANDARD PARKING
 DETAIL TO BE MORE LEGIBLE.
  
 7. PER MEETING WITH CONTRACTOR AND OWNER, THE SOUTH-END
 TERMINAL ISLAND PARKING STALL WILL BE RECONFIGURED TO
 ALIGN WITH THE NEW ADA ACCESSIBLE PARKING STALL. THIS
 WILL ALLOW MORE ROOM FOR THE LANDSCAPE ISLAND AND A
 FRUIT TREE (SUCH AS A PERSIAN LIME TREE OR LEMON TREE),
 SPECIFIED BY THE LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT, WHICH WILL BE
 ADDED TO MATCH PERIMETER WEST AND NORTH LANDSCAPE
 BUFFER TREES (THEY WILL ALSO BE REVISED TO A FRUIT-TYPE
 TREE SUCH AS A PERSIAN LIME OR LIME TREE). THE SOUTH
 BUFFER TREES ALONG THE RIGHT-OF-WAY (AVON ROAD) WILL
 REMAIN AS SPECIFIED BY THE LP1-LANDSCAPE PLAN (3 -
 DAHOON HOLLY TREES) MEETING MINIMUM LANDSCAPE
 REQUIREMENTS.
