 NORTH OF THE VILLAGE BOULEVARD ENTRANCE. THIS SIGN IS
 NOT SHOWN ON THE SITE PLAN. IS THIS SIGN PROPOSED TO BE
 REMOVED? IF IT IS PROPOSED TO REMAIN, PLEASE PROVIDE
 INFORMATION AS TO WHAT CURRENTLY EXISTS ON THE SIGN.
 PLEASE REMEMBER THAT OFF-SITE SIGNAGE IS NOT PERMITTED.
  
 10. PLEASE PROVIDE A DETAIL OF THE PROPOSED SCREEN WALL
 ALONG BRANDYWINE ROAD.
  
 11. ONE (1) SHADE TREE SHALL BE PROVIDED EVERY 30 FEET

 12. THERE SHOULD BE A FIVE (5) FOOT BUFFER AT THE NORTH
 END OF THE PARKING ROW ALONG BRANDYWINE ROAD; THE
 LOCATION OF THE PROPOSED LOT LINE DOES NOT PROVIDE FOR
 THIS.
  
 13. PLEASE PROVIDE A DETAIL OF THE GATE/FENCE THAT IS
 PROPOSED AROUND THE DUMPSTER/LOADING AREA.
  
 14. LANDSCAPE ISLANDS ARE TO BE A MINIMUM OF FIVE (5)
 FEET IN WIDTH, NOT INCLUDING THE CURB. IS APPEARS THAT
 SOME OF THE PROPOSED ISLANDS DO NOT CONFORM TO THIS
 PROVISION.
  
 15. A RELEASE FROM FPL WILL BE REQUIRED TO CONSTRUCT
 THE WALL WITHIN THE EXISTING EASEMENT.
  
 16. SHADE AND FLOWERING TREES SHALL BE A MINIMUM OF
 EIGHT (8) FEET IN OVERALL HEIGHT AND POSSESS A MINIMUM
 OF FIVE (5) FEET OF CLEAR TRUNK. THE PLANT
 SPECIFICATIONS IN THE PLANT LIST DO NOT CONFORM TO THIS
 PROVISION.
  
 17. PLEASE CLARIFY THE SMALL PARKING SPACE DETAIL. ARE
 SMALL CAR SPACES BEING PROVIDED? IF SO, THIS
 CALCULATION SHALL BE NOTED IN THE SITE DATA TABLE. A
 MAXIMUM OF 25% OF THE SPACES MAY BE DESIGNATED FOR
 SMALL-CAR USE. IT APPEARS THAT THERE ARE WAYS TO TURN
 THESE SPACES INTO REGULAR-SIZED PARKING STALLS. STAFF
 WILL PROVIDE MORE DETAIL DURING THE PPRC MEETING.
  
 18. ARE THERE EXISTING RAMPS FROM THE ACCESSIBLE
 PARKING SPACES TO THE WALKWAY SURROUNDING THE BUILDING?
  
 19. UTILITY LETTERS SHALL BE PROVIDED FROM ALL UTILITY
 COMPANIES INDICATING NO OBJECTION TO THE PROPOSED
 SUBDIVISION/IMPROVEMENTS.
