| | ACCESSIBLE BY A OPEN HATCH AND A STORAGE ROOM ONLY |
| | ACCESSIBLE BY A SHIPS LADDER. |

| | 3) THE OTHER ISSUE AT HAND IS THE FIRE ESCAPE IS |
| | BLOCKED OFF FROM THE ALLEY BY A BLOCK WALL THE ONLY |
| | ACCESS IS ONE 3'-0"X6'-8" STEEL DOORWAY. THE DOORWAY |
| | DOES SWING OUT OVER THE PROPERTY LINE INTO A 14'-0" |
| | WIDE ALLEY. BY CODE THIS DOOR SHOULD NOT SWING OVER THE |
| | PROPERTY LINE. 2007 FBC-B 3202.2 DOORS AND WINDOWS |
| | SHALL NOT OPEN OR PROJECT INTO THE PUBLIC RIGHT OF WAY. |
