 PLEASE RESPOND TO REVIEW COMMENTS IN WRITTEN FORMAT.
  
 1. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-443 (B) 4), AT LEAST ONE
 SHADE OR FLOWERING TREE SHALL BE PLANTED IN THE
 REQUIRED LANDSCAPE BUFFER STRIP FOR EACH 30 LINEAR FEET
 OR PORTION THEREOF. THERE IS TOO LARGE OF A GAP BETWEEN
 TREES ALONG THE REQUIRED PERIMETER LANDSCAPE BUFFER FOR
 THE HOLIDAY INN. AN ADDITIONAL LIVE OAK TREE SHALL BE
 PLANTED EAST OF THE SABAL PALM GROUPING.
  
 2. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-442 (D), PRIVATE LAND AND
 PUBLIC RIGHTS-OF-WAY BETWEEN STREET OR SIDEWALK
 SURFACES AND REQUIRED BUFFER STRIPS AND LANDSCAPED OPEN
 SPACE AREAS SHALL BE PLANTED WITH GRASS. GRASS SHALL BE
 SODDED. THIS APPLIES TO THE ADJACENT RIGHT-OF-WAY
 (UTILITY STRIP BETWEEN THE SIDEWALK AND THE PAVED
 ROAD).
  
 3. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-445 (4) (G) (3) (II), IN ALL
 AREAS THAT ARE TO BE PLANTED IN A CULTIVATED LANDSCAPE,
 IRRIGATION SYSTEMS SHALL BE DESIGNED TO HAVE 120
 PERCENT COVERAGE. THIS INCLUDES THE ADJACENT
 RIGHT-OF-WAY.
  
 4. THE PLANTING DETAILS SHALL REFLECT THAT NO MORE THAN
 A ONE LAYER OF MULCH SHALL COVER THE ROOTBALL OF ANY
 TREE OR SHRUB. THE THREE INCH LAYER OF MULCH IS PLACED
 OUTSIDE OF THE ROOTBALL.
  
 5. A TREE ALTERATION PERMIT IS REQUIRED. PLEASE PROVIDE
 THE CALIPER INCHES OF THE PALMS THAT WILL BE REMOVED
 AND THE CALIPER INCHES OF THE PALMS THAT WILL REPLACE
 THEM.
  
 6. THERE IS AN EXTREME SLOPE BETWEEN THE PLANTING AREA
 AND SIDEWALK ON THE WEST SIDE OF THE ENTRANCE. PLEASE
 PROVIDE DETAILS SHOWING THE GRADE AFTER PLANTING. IN
 ADDITION, THERE IS MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT IN THAT
 LOCATION. PLEASE SHOW IT ON THE LANDSCAPE PLAN.
