 PLEASE RESPOND TO REVIEW COMMENTS IN WRITTEN FORMAT.
  
 1. THE TWO TERMINAL PARKING ISLANDS THAT ARE BEING
 REDUCED IN WIDTH LOCATED WEST OF THE FINANCIAL
 INSTITUTION WILL NEED TO BE MADE LARGER. THEY SHOULD
 EXTEND TO THE LENGTH OF THE TERMINAL LANDSCAPE ISLAND
 LOCATED AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF THE 10,500 SQUARE
 FOOT OFFICE BUILDING. THE EXISTING TREES WILL NEED TO
 BE RELOCATE TO BE CENTERED WITHIN THE ISLANDS. IF THEY
 ARE NOT MOVED, THE MAJORITY OF THEIR ROOT SYSTEMS WILL
 BE DESTROYED.
  
 2. A MAHOGANY TREE IS MISSING AT THE WEST END OF THE
 LANDSCAPE BERM ADJACENT TO OKEECHOBEE BOULEVARD NEAR
 THE PROPOSED SIGN.
  
 3. ANOTHER MAHOGANY TREE IS MISSING ALONG THE EAST
 PERIMETER OF THE SITE ADJACENT TO THE NORTH OF THE
 WALKWAY AND PROPOSED SIGN.

 - PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU WILL BE PERMITTED ONE (1)
 RESUBMITTAL AT NO ADDITIONAL COST. IF PREVIOUSLY-ISSUED
 COMMENTS CONTINUE TO NOT BE SUFFICIENTLY ADDRESSED, THE
 APPLICANT WILL BE ACCESSED A RESUBMITTAL FEE. SUCH FEE
 WILL BE 20% OF THE ORIGINAL APPLICATION FEE ($60).
  
 1) THE TWO (2) TERMINAL ISLANDS SOUTH OF BUILDING #7
 ARE SHOWN AS BEING REDUCED ON THE MINOR AMENDMENT.
 THESE ISLANDS SHALL BE WIDENED ON THE NORTH SIDE TO A
 CORRESPONDING DIMENSION OF THE SOUTH SIDE REDUCTION.
  
 2) STAFF HAS CONCERNS THAT THE CUTTING OF THE ISLANDS
 IDENTIFIED IN COMMENT 1 WILL RESULT IN SIGNIFICANT
 DAMAGE TO THE ROOTS OF THE EXISTING TREES. THESE TREES
 SHOULD BE MOVED TO THE CENTER OF THE ISLAND THAT HAS
 BEEN EXPANDED TO THE NORTH OR REPLACED WITH A SIMILAR
 SIZED TREE IF THE RELOCATION IS NOT FEASIBLE DUE TO
 TREE DEATH.
  
 3) THE WHEEL STOPS SHALL BE INCLUDED ON THE REVISED
 PLANS.
  
 4) WHAT WILL THE PHASE II TRACT LOOK LIKE ONCE THE
 TRACT A IMPROVEMENTS ARE COMPLETED (EX. REMAIN A PAVED
 AREA OR SODDED)? THE CONSTRUCTION ON THE IMPROVEMENTS
 AT THE SOUTHERN BOUNDARY OF PHASE II AND TRACT A WILL
 BE AFFECTED BY THIS ANSWER AND SHALL BE SHOWN CORRECTLY
 ON THE CONSTRUCTION PLANS. ULTIMATE BUILD OUT WILL NEED
 TO BE IN CONFORMANCE WITH THE APPROVED MINOR AMENDMENT
 PLANS.
  
 5) THERE ARE TREES THAT HAVE BEEN REMOVED FROM THE
 APPROVED PLANS WHICH NEED TO BE REPLACED:
  
 A. WESTERN BUFFER GREEN BUTTONWOOD TREE AT NORTHWEST
 CORNER OF THE RETAIL BUILDING - RESULTS IN INSUFFICIENT
 NUMBER OF BUFFER TREES.
  
 B. NORTHERN BUFFER MAHOGANY TREE (PRESERVED) AT WESTERN
 END OF THE BERM/HEDGE - RESULTS IN A GAP WHICH IS
 LARGER THAN THE NON-CONFORMING BUFFER GAP AS APPROVED
 BY THE CITY COMMISSION BETWEEN THE PROPERTY LINE AND
 THE FIRST BUFFER TREE.
  
 C. EASTERN BUFFER MAHOGANY TREE (PRESERVED) AT SOUTHERN
 END TO THE BERM/HEDGE NORTH OF THE BENOIST PLAZA
 ENTRANCE - RESULTS IN A GAP IN THE BUFFER WHICH IS
 LARGER THAN THE NON-CONFORMING BUFFER GAP AS APPROVED
 BY THE CITY COMMISSION ON EITHER SIDE OF THE ENTRANCE.
  
 D. PHASE II SHOWS A NEW SIDEWALK LEADING TO THE
 BOUNDARY WITH BENOIST PLAZA TO THE WEST. THE NEW
 SIDEWALK REMOVES A GREEN BUTTONWOOD TREE, WHICH SHALL
 BE REPLACED TO MAINTAIN THE REQUIRED BUFFER.
 ADDITIONALLY, THE SIDEWALK CONNECTION SHALL BE REMOVED
 AS IT WILL TIE INTO NOTHING ON THE BENOIST PLAZA SITE.
  
 6) THE SABAL PALMS ON THE WEST SIDE OF THE OFFICE
 BUILDING APPEAR TO HAVE BEEN MOVED TOO CLOSED TO THE
