 DEVELOPMENT (CPD), AND THAT A WAIVER BE REQUESTED FOR
 THIS PROVISION.
  
 17. PLEASE PROVIDE THE PHOTOMETRIC LEVELS ALONG THE
 SOUTH PROPERTY LINE, ALONG THE ADJACENT PROPERTY. SUCH
