 THREE (3) SETS OF REVISED PLANS WERE TURNED INTO THE
 PLANNING AND ZONING DEPARTMENT, BUT NOT THROUGH
 CONSTRUCTION SERVICES. PER ANGELLA VANN'S INSTRUCTIONS,
 I WILL BE TAKING THIS SUBMITTAL AND PUTTING THEM FOR
 THE CONSTRUCTION SERVICES PERMITS FOR REVIEW, SINCE
 CONTRACTOR HAS AN EXPEDITED REQUEST FOR THESE PERMITS.
 THE AGENT IS RESPONSIBLE FOR PROVIDING THE ADEQUATE
 AMOUNT OF PLANS TO ALL PERTINENT DEPARTMENTS. IT IS NOT
 THE PLANNING AND ZONING'S RESPONSIBILITY. SUBMIT THE
 REQUIRED AMOUNT OF PLANS TO PLANNING AND ZONING TO
 ADDRESS THE MINOR AMENDMENT COMMENTS.

 REVISED PLANS ALONG WITH TWO (2) COPIES OF 8-1/2"X11"

 FOR EACH SIGN.
  
 5. PLANS - LABEL EACH SIGN (LOCATION) ON THE "EXISTING
 PLAN VIEW" DETAIL FOR EACH SHEET.
