 6. CONDITION OF APPROVAL ??? NO CONVENIENCE ITEMS SHALL
 NOT BE SOLD WITHIN THE FACILITY OR ON THE PROPERTY AT
 ANY TIME. THIS CONDITION DOES NOT EXCLUDE THE PROVISION
 OF VENDING MACHINES WITHIN THE WAITING AREA.
  
 7. CONDITION OF APPROVAL ??? HOURS OF OPERATION WILL BE
 LIMITED TO ENSURE COMPATIBILITY WITH THE ADJACENT
 RESIDENTIAL PROPERTIES.
  
 8. THE DIMENSION LINE SHOWN ON THE ANGLED PARKING
 SPACES SHOWS 9 FEET IN WIDTH, WHILE THE SPACE ONLY
 MEASURES 8.5 FEET; DIMENSIONS SHALL ACCURATELY REFLECT
 WHAT IS PROVIDED.
  
 9. CONDITION OF APPROVAL ??? AS SITE LIGHTING IS BEING
 PROPOSED, A PHOTOMETRIC PLAN WILL BE REQUIRED PRIOR TO

 NOT EXCEED 0.5 FOOTCANDLES WHEN MEASURED IN A

 SIGN IS PROPOSED TO REMAIN, AN APPLICATION FOR A
 VARIANCE WOULD BE REQUIRED TO BE SUBMITTED, NOT A
