 FLORIDA POWER & LIGHT.
  
 2. PLEASE PROVIDE A UTILITY LETTER OF NO OBJECTION FROM
 THE CITY???S ENGINEERING SERVICES DEPARTMENT.
  
 3. PLEASE PROVIDE AN OVERALL MASTER LANDSCAPE PLAN THAT
 INCLUDES ALL PREVIOUSLY APPROVED/INSTALLED LANDSCAPING,
 ALL LANDSCAPING THAT IS BEING MODIFIED FROM THE
 PREVIOUS APPROVAL, AS WELL AS ALL NEW LANDSCAPING.
 PLEASE NOTE, THERE ARE SOME AREAS ON THE SITE PLAN
 SOUTH OF THE ???FUTURE 2-STORY EXPANSION??? THAT HAVE
 BEEN MODIFIED FROM WHAT WAS PREVIOUSLY APPROVED, BUT IS
 NOT REFLECTED ON THE LANDSCAPE PLANS.
  
 4. PLEASE LOCATE ALL SITE DATA TABLE INFORMATION ONTO
 THE OVERALL SITE PLAN, SHEET A-0.1.
  
 5. THE OVERALL SITE PLAN (SHEET A-0.1) SHOULD SIMPLY
 SHOW THE FINISHED PRODUCT. DEMOLITION NOTES DO NOT NEED
 TO BE INCLUDED ON THIS SHEET???.PLEASE REMOVE THE NOTES
 AND CROSS-HATCHED AREA INDICATED BY ???EXISTING
 CONCRETE TO BE REMOVED??? SO THAT ONLY THE FINISHED
 DESIGN IS SHOWN ON THE PLAN.
  
 6. PLEASE CLARIFY WHAT IMPROVEMENTS WILL BE PROPOSED IN
 THE VICINITY OF THE ???FUTURE 2-STORY EXPANSION???. THE
 PREVIOUS OVERALL SITE PLAN HAD PARKING, A MECHANICAL
 YARD, RELOCATION OF THE EXISTING COLUMNS AND FENCING,
 ETC. ARE THESE ITEMS BEING REMOVED FROM THE PROPOSED
 PLAN? IF SO, THE PARKING CALCULATIONS WILL NEED TO BE
 UPDATED, THE SITE PLAN WILL NEED TO REFLECT HOW THE
 DRIVEWAY WILL BE MODIFIED UPON REMOVAL OF THE CONCRETE
 AREA IN FRONT, ETC.
  
 7. PLEASE NOTE THE OVERALL HEIGHT ON THE PROPOSED
 PORTICO AND PAVILION ELEVATIONS.
  
 PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING WHEN RESUBMITTING:
  
 A) WRITTEN RESPONSES TO COMMENTS MADE BY ALL
 DEPARTMENTS SHALL BE PROVIDED UPON RESUBMISSION.
  
 B) 6 SETS OF REVISED PLANS AND/OR DOCUMENTS SHALL BE
 PROVIDED, ALONG WITH ONE (1) REDUCED COPY (11IN X
 17IN), AND AN ELECTRONIC COPY OF ALL PLANS.
  
 C) PLEASE NOTE THAT RE-SUBMITTALS MAY BE SUBJECT TO
 ADDITIONAL COMMENTS.
  
 D) IF NO RESPONSE IS RECEIVED WITHIN 60 DAYS OF THE
 ISSUANCE OF THESE COMMENTS, THE APPLICATION WILL BE
 CONSIDERED WITHDRAWN AND ANY FURTHER ACTION WILL
 REQUIRE SUBMISSION OF A NEW DEVELOPMENT APPLICATION.
  
 E) PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU WILL BE PERMITTED ONE (1)
 RESUBMITTAL AT NO ADDITIONAL COST. IF PREVIOUSLY-ISSUED
 COMMENTS CONTINUE TO NOT BE SUFFICIENTLY ADDRESSED, THE
 APPLICANT WILL BE ACCESSED A RESUBMITTAL FEE. SUCH FEE
 WILL BE 20% OF THE ORIGINAL APPLICATION FEE.
