 EFFLUENT GUIDELINES ARE NATIONAL STANDARDS COMPOSED BY
 THE EPA, THAT PROVIDE GUIDANCE FOR WASTEWATER
 DISCHARGES TO SURFACE WATERS. CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITIES
 THAT SIGNIFICANTLY DISTURB THE LAND, SUCH AS CLEARING,
 EXCAVATING AND GRADING ARE KNOWN TO HAVE AN IMPACT ON
 MANY BIOLOGICAL FACTORS IN THE SURROUNDING ENVIRONMENT,
 AND THESE NEW GUIDELINES ARE SET TO TARGET WATER
 QUALITY DEGRADATION.
  
 AS OF FEB 1ST, 2010, CERTAIN SITE OWNERS AND OPERATORS
 ARE NOW REQUIRED TO ESTABLISH BEST MANAGEMENT PRACTICES
 (BMP'S) TO SAMPLE STORMWATER DISCHARGES AND COMPLY WITH
 A NUMERIC SAMPLE FOR POLLUTANT TURBIDITY. POLLUTION
 PREVENTION MEASURES WILL ALSO BE REQUIRED TO CONTROL
 SITE DISCHARGES, SUCH AS DEWATERING AND CONCRETE
 WASHOUT, AND STRICT NEW MEASURES TO PROMOTE SOIL
 STABILIZATION HAVE BEEN PLACED IN EFFECT.
  
 UPGRADES TO THE STATION WILL TRIGGER SURFACE WATER
 QUALITY CALCULATIONS AND WATER QUALITY INLETS.
 PLEASE PROVIDE PRELIMINARY STORWATER CALCULATIONS THAT
 SHOW THAT THE SITE WILL BE ABLE TO PROVIDE ADEQUATE
 TREATMENT OF RUNOFF PRIOR TO DISCHARGE.

 BICYCLE PARKING SPACE SHALL BE PROVIDED FOR EVERY 20
 AUTOMOBILE PARKING SPACES, OR FRACTION THEREOF. THE
 BICYCLE RACK(S) SHALL COMPLY WITH THE DESIGN STANDARDS
 SET FORTH. PROVIDE DETAIL AND LOCATION.
  
 14. SITE DATA: PROVIDE REQUIRED AND PROVIDED DATA ,
 PROVIDE DATA IN A TABLE (MATRIX) TYPE FORMAT FOR IT TO
 BE READILY LEGIBLE: IN ADDITION, PLEASE PROVIDE THE
 FOLLOWING INFORMATION:
  
 A. PROVIDE BREAK-DOWN OF TOTAL PARKING SPACES ON SITE
 DATA THAT MEET SECTION 94-485(N)1B, PURSUANT TO ZONING
 CODE REQUIREMENTS AND PREVIOUS APPROVED PARKING, THERE
 ARE A MINIMUM OF FOUR (4) PARKING SPACES REQUIRED.
  
 B. PROVIDE TOTAL PARKING REQUIRED AND PROVIDED FOR
 DISABLED PARKING SPACES, PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-485(O),
 THE LOCATION OF THE CURRENT DOES NOT ALLOW ACCESS TO
 THE CONVENIENCE STORE SINCE THERE IS NOT DELINEATION OF
 A CLEAR PATH TO THE ENTRY-WAY. THERE IS A RAISED
 SIDEWALK THAT DOES NOT MEET ACCESSIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
 FOR THIS SPACE. ADDITIONALLY, THE ADA (DISABLED PARKING
 SPACES) NEED TO HAVE UNINTERRUPTED ACCESS TO THE
 BUILDING, THEY ALSO NEED TO BE LOCATED AT THE CLOSEST
 PROXIMITY TO THE ENTRY OF THE BUILDING ITS SERVING.
  
 15. LANDSCAPE PLANS NEED TO CORRELATE WITH THE REVISED
 SITE PLAN ACCORDINGLY.

 16. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-441(C)(2) OF THE ZONING AND
 LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS (ZLDR): AS THE VALUE OF
 THE PROPOSED WORK EXCEEDS 50% OF THE STRUCTURE'S VALUE
 (LISTED AS "IMPROVEMENT VALUE" WITH THE P.B.C. PROPERTY
 APPRAISER'S OFFICE), LANDSCAPING SHALL BE IN COMPLIANCE
 WITH ALL APPLICABLE REGULATIONS FOUND IN ARTICLE XIV OF
 THE ZLDR.
