 1. THE LANDSCAPE PLAN DOES NOT ACCURATELY REPRESENT THE
 LANDSCAPING AND HARDSCAPE ON SITE. A WALKWAY IN FRONT
 OF THE 2400 BUILDING IS NOT SHOWN ON THE PLAN AND THE
 LOCATION AND TYPES OF PALMS AND OTHER LANDSCAPING IS
 DIFFERENT. PLEASE PROVIDE AN ACCURATE 'AS BUILT' PLAN.
  
 2. SHOW THE STREET LIGHTS, UTILITIES, AND ANYTHING ELSE
 THAT MAY INTERFERE WITH THE PROPOSED LANDSCAPING. A
 STREET LIGHT EXISTS IN THE PROPOSED LOCATION OF THE
 RELOCATED LIVE OAK. THE NEW LOCATION FOR THAT TREE
 SHOULD SHIFT TO THE EAST.
  
 3. PLANT A HEDGE THAT IS CONSISTANT WITH WHAT IS
 PLANTED ALONG THE BUILDING IN FRONT OF THE PROPOSED
 RAMPL
  
 4. THE PROPOSED LOCATION FOR THE RELOCATED SABAL PALMS
 IS TOO SMALL OF ANY AREA. STAFF RECOMMENDS THAT TWO
 SABAL PALMS BE PLANTED IN BOTH OF THE RECESSED PORTIONS
 OF THE BUILDING ALONG THE EAST ELEVATION. THIS WILL
 INVOLVE ADDING A FOURTH PALM. THE VERICAL LANDSCAPE
 ELEMENTS WILL ENHANCE THE ARCHITECTURE OF THE BUILDING.

 REVIEW COMMENTS:
  
 1) IS THERE AN EXISTING CROSS-PARKING/CROSS-ACCESS
 AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE TWO (2) PROPERTIES? CONSTRUCTION
 SERVICES STAFF HAS CONCERNS THAT CODE-REQUIRED
 ACCESSIBLE PARKING WILL BE LOCATED ON A SEPARATE
 PROPERTY...AND WITHOUT AN AGREEMENT, THESE SPACES COULD
 POTENTIALLY BE REMOVED, CREATING A NONCONFORMING
 SITUATION. ADDITIONALLY, CREATION OF THIS AS A MAIN
 ENTRANCE WILL ENCOURAGE CUSTOMERS AND EMPLOYEES TO
 PARKING ON THE ADJACENT PROPERTY, NOT THE PROPERTY UPON
 WHICH THE BUSINESS IS LOCATED.
  
 2) TO THE GREATEST EXTENT POSSIBLE, PLEASE PROVIDE
 LANDSCAPE PLANTING IN FRONT OF THE PROPOSED HANDICAP
 RAMP. PLEASE ENSURE THAT THE LANDSCAPING IS CONSISTENT
 WITH THE EXISTING FOUNDATION PLANTING.
  
 3) PLEASE PROVIDE AN APPROVAL LETTER FROM THE
 CENTREPARK ARCHITECTURAL REVIEW COMMITTEE INDICATING
 THEIR NO-OBJECTION TO THE PROPOSED IMPROVEMENTS.
  
 4) PURSUANT TO THE ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT
 REGULATIONS (ZLDRS), RAMPS, STEPS, ETC. THAT ARE LESS
 THAN THREE (3) FEET IN HEIGHT MAY ENCROACH UP TO TWO
 (2) FEET TO THE PROPERTY LINE. IT APPEARS THAT THE
 PROPOSED RAMP DOES NOT MEET THIS PROVISION. IS THERE
 ANY WAY TO MOVE THE PROPOSED RAMP CLOSER TO THE
 BUILDING SO AS TO MEET THIS PROVISION? PLEASE BE SURE
 TO DIMENSION THE SETBACK FROM THE PROPERTY LINE ON THE
 DETAIL.
  
 PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING WHEN RESUBMITTING:
  
 A) WRITTEN RESPONSES TO COMMENTS MADE BY ALL
 DEPARTMENTS SHALL BE PROVIDED UPON RESUBMISSION.
  
 B) 6 SETS OF REVISED PLANS AND/OR DOCUMENTS SHALL BE
 PROVIDED, ALONG WITH TWO (2) REDUCED COPIES (1 - 11" X
 17" AND 1 - 8 1/2" X 11"), AND AN ELECTRONIC COPY OF
 ALL PLANS.
  
 C) PLEASE NOTE THAT RE-SUBMITTALS MAY BE SUBJECT TO
 ADDITIONAL COMMENTS.
  
 D) IF NO RESPONSE IS RECEIVED WITHIN 60 DAYS OF THE
