 - PLEASE PROVIDE RESPONSES TO REVIEW COMMENTS IN
 WRITTEN FORMAT.
  
 1) PROVIDE THE JUSTIFICATION STATEMENT, TO INCLUDE THE
 PROPOSED CODE TEXT AND GRAPHICS, ELECTRONICALLY IN WORD
 FORMAT.
  
 2) SIGNS 1B AND 2B MAY NOT BE THE SAME SIZE. SIGN 2B
 (IMPROV) WOULD BE OUT OF PROPORTION TO THE PROPOSED
 WALL MOUNT LOCATION IF CONSTRUCTED AS SHOWN. AFTER
 VISITING THE SITE, STAFF SUGGESTS THE MARQUE SIGN
 PROTRUDING A MAXIMUM OF 2.5 FEET FROM THE FACADE. THE
 SIGN HEIGHT SHALL BE NO GREATER THAN THE SOLID AREA OF
 THE FACADE LOCATED ABOVE THE WINDOWS AND BELOW THE
 PARAPET. PLEASE PROVIDE THIS DIMENSION. ADDITIONALLY,
 PLEASE PROVIDE THE DIMENSION FROM THE PLAZA TO THE
 BOTTOM OF THE SIGN.
  
 3) ARE WET WILLIES AND CAPT. BRIEN'S PART OF IMPROV? IT
 APPEARS THAT SIGN 2A IS NOT IN FRONT OF IMPROV
 FRONTAGE. ARE THESE SIGNS PROPOSED TO BE MOUNTED TO THE
 EXISTING SOLID AREAS, OR WILL NEW WALL BE BUILT? THERE
 IS A VINYL SIGN (STAFF DOES NOT REMEMBER SEEING A
 PERMIT FOR) CURRENTLY MOUNTED TO ONE OF THE SOLID AREAS
 - IS SIGN 2A MEANT TO REPLACE THIS?
  
 4) IS SIGN 2A INTERNAL ILLUMINATED?
  
 5) THE SIGN 1B DRAWING SHALL SHOW THE MAXIMUM
 PROJECTION AT 5.5 FEET (PER B.B. KING PERMIT) AS WELL
 AS PROVIDE THE HEIGHT DIMENSION FROM THE PLAZA TO THE
 BOTTOM OF THE SIGN.
  
 6) SIGN 1A SHALL STATE THAT THE SIGN IS MOUNTED OFF OF
 THE CORNER (THE EXISTING BAR LOUIE SIGN DRAWING SHOWS
 THIS AND THIS IS THE LOCATION OF THE AIR RIGHTS
 EASEMENT). ADDITIONALLY, PLEASE PROVIDE THE HEIGHT
 DIMENSION FROM THE PLAZA TO THE BOTTOM OF THE SIGN.
 PLEASE NOTE THAT THE ROSEMARY FACADE SKETCH IS
 INACCURATE.
  
 7) PLEASE NOTE THAT STAFF NOTICED 3 UPCOMING ACT
 ANNOUNCEMENT BOXES ON THE PILLARS BELOW THE SIGN 2A
 "ILLUMINATED PANEL" SIGNS. THESE SHALL BE INCLUDED ON
 THIS AMENDMENT.
  
 8) PLEASE NOTE THAT THE TEXT WILL BE AMENDED TO ALLOW
 "NEON WITH CLEAR COVER TO ADDRESS NEC REQUIREMENTS.
  
 8) NOTE ON THE FUTURE IMPROV BLADE SIGN - STAFF WOULD
 LIKE TO DISCUSS THIS PRIOR TO THE SUBMITTAL OF THE AIR
