 1. RESPOND TO COMMENTS IN WRITING.
  
 SITE PLAN COMMENTS:
  
 2. THE LANDSCAPE SHEET (LP-2) DOES NOT DEPICT THE
 GREASE TRAP BY THE SPRINGHILL HOTEL, LOCATED ON THE
 WEST SIDE OF THE BUILDING, IN FRONT OF THE MIDDLE
 HANDICAP STALL.
  
  
  
 AS AN FYI, THE FOLLOWING ARE STILL OUTSTANDING
 LANDSCAPE INSPECTION DEFICIENCIES THAT NEED TO BE
 ADDRESSED PRIOR TO FINAL APPROVAL:
  
  
 SPRINGHILL SUITES LANDSCAPE INSPECTION RESULTS---5/9/11
  
 1. TWELVE COCONUT TREES ARE DEAD OR MISSING AROUND POOL
 DECK.
 2. IN-GROUND GREASE TRAP IN FRONT OF MIDDLE HANDICAP
 STALL (SOUTH SIDE OF ENTRY) IS NOT SCREENED. ADD
 JASMINE OR IXORAS.
 3. (REPEAT COMMENT) GRASS IN RIGHT-OF-WAY ADJACENT TO
 45TH STREET IS MISSING IN SOME AREA AND IS VERY HEAVILY
 WEED INFESTED. RESOD THE ENTIRE RIGHT-OF-WAY AND
 PROVIDE IRRIGATION.
 4. REMOVE ALL STRAPPING AND TREE STAKES.
 5. IXORA MISSING IN FRONT OF BIKE RACKS AND ELSEWHERE
 ON SITE. REPLACE ALL DEAD OR MISSING SHRUBS AND GROUND
 COVER AS PER PLAN.
 6. THE GREASE TRAP IN FRONT OF THE MIDDLE HANDICAP
 STALL IS NOT SHOWN ON THE LANDSCAPE PLAN. PLEASE
 INCORPORATE THIS INTO THE ADJACENT LANDSCAPE BED OF
 IXORAS AND WAX JASMINE TO HELP TO CONCEAL IT.
  
  
 HOMEWOOD SUITES LANDSCAPE INSPECTION RESULTS---5/9/11
  
 1. NINE COCONUT TREES MISSING BY PATIO.
 2. REPLACE DEAD LIVE OAK ALONG WEST PERIMETER OF SITE
 ACROSS FROM PUTTING GREEN.
 3. ALL GROUND COVER (LANTANA) MISSING ALONG NORTH SIDE
 OF BUILDING. NEED TO REPLACE WITH SHADE TOLERANT GROUND
 COVER.
 4. GROUND COVER MISSING BY ELECTRICAL ROOM (WEST SIDE
 OF PUTTING GREEN).
 5. PLUMBAGO MISSING ON WEST SIDE OF ENTRY.
 6. REPLACE ALL DEAD OR MISSING SHRUBS AND GROUND COVER
 (IXORA, LANTANA, WAX JASMINE, ETC) AS PER PLAN.
 7. RAISED PLANTERS ADJACENT TO PILLARS BY MAIN ENTRY
 ARE MISSING.
 8. REMOVE ALL STRAPPING AND TREE BRACES.
 9. (REPEAT COMMENT) PROVIDE SOD AND IRRIGATION IN
 RIGHT-OF-WAY, ADJACENT TO 45TH STREET.
 10. THE UNDERGROUND TANKS ON THE WEST SIDE OF THE
 BUILDING ARE EXPOSED. AS DISCUSSED WITH VINCE FROM OTO
 DURING OUR LAST INSPECTION, PLEASE RAISE THE SOIL LEVEL
 AROUND THE TANK LIDS AND SOD OVER THE CONCRETE PAD.
