 GENERAL COMMENTS:
  
 1. PROVIDE RESPONSES TO REVIEW COMMENTS IN A WRITTEN
 FORMAT. PLEASE NOTE, IF THE PLANNING AND ZONING
 DEPARTMENT HAS NOT RECEIVED A RESPONSE TO THE PPRC
 COMMENTS WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS FROM THE PPRC MEETING
 OF SEPTEMBER 9, 2009, THE CASE SHALL BE CONSIDERED
 WITHDRAWN. ANY FURTHER ACTION SHALL REQUIRE
 RE-SUBMITTAL OF A NEW DEVELOPMENT APPLICATION.
  
 2. WHEN RESUBMITTING, PLEASE PROVIDE A MINIMUM OF SIX
 (6) COPIES OF ALL PLANS. THE PLANS SHALL BE FOLDED.

 FOR EQUIPMENT D, E AND F. THE 480V ELECTRICAL
 DISCONNECT ("D" ON LEGEND) DOES NOT SHOW HEIGHT ON
 ELECTRICAL PLANS, E AND F "BY OTHERS". SHOW PROFILE OF
 THE EQUIPMENT ON SHEET C-4.
  
 4. SHEET C-4 - ALL MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT AND
 APPURTENANCES AND ANTENNAS SHALL BE ENCLOSED AND
 SCREENED IN SUCH A MANNER THAT THE ENCLOSURE IS
 DESIGNED AS AN INTEGRAL PART OF THE OVERALL BUILDING
 DESIGN. PROVIDE A LINE OF SIGHT FROM ALL ELEVATIONS.
 THE PROPOSED TOP OF THE CABINETS APPEAR TO BE
 APPROXIMATELY 4'-4" ABOVE THE 112-FOOT TOP OF PARAPET
 WALL ON THE SOUTH ELEVATION.
  
 5. THE PROPOSED ANTENNAS LOCATED ON THE OUTER PORTION
 OF THE PARAPET, WILL HAVE TO BE NOTED ON PLANS TO BE
 THE SAME COLOR AS THE BUILDING, IN ORDER TO BECOME AN
 INTEGRAL PART OF THE BUILDING OR BE INSTALLED ON THE
 INTERIOR SIDE OF THE PARAPET.
