 94-442(B)(2)A - FOR SINGLE-FAMILY DWELLING UNITS, AT
 LEAST ONE SHADE, FLOWERING OR FRUIT TREE SHALL BE
 PLANTED FOR EACH 1,200 SQUARE FEET OF OPEN SPACE OR
 PORTION THEREOF. FOR SINGLE-FAMILY DWELLING UNITS, AT
 LEAST ONE SHRUB SHALL BE PLANTED FOR EACH 500 SQUARE
 FEET OF OPEN SPACE OR PORTION THEREOF - HAS BEEN MET
 FOR THE PROPOSED NEW PARCEL WHICH WILL CONTAIN THE
 EXISTING HOUSE.
  
 2) ALL REFERENCES TO "MINOR SUBDIVISION PLAT", "MINOR
 PLAT" AND "MINOR SUBDIVISION" SHALL BE CHANGED TO "LOT
