 REQUIRED ALONG THE TOP OF THE BANK OF THE POND FOR
 MAINTENANCE PURPOSES.
  
 3. THE SURVEY SHOWS A PORTION OF THE PROPERTY TO BE
 PART OF ST MARY?S HOSPITAL (P.B. 30, PGS. 160-161)
 SUBJECT TO PARKING EASEMENT (O.R.B. 14367, PG. 623).
 PLEASE ADDRESS.PLEASE NOTE THAT WRITTEN
 VERIFICATION/DOCUMENTATION THAT THE EASEMENT HAS BEEN

 UNLESS THE AFFECTED EASEMENTS HAVE BEEN ABANDONED,
 RELOCATED AND/OR RESCINDED.IN THE EVENT OF
 LANDSCAPING, PLEASE PROVIDE CONSENT FROM THE EASEMENT
 OWNERS FOR THE PROPOSED LANDSCAPING.
  
 6. PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL EASEMENTS AND UTILITIES SUCH AS
 OVERHEAD LINES, METERS, CLEAN-OUTS, TELEPHONE LINES,
 WATER AND SEWER LINES, ELECTRIC TRANSFORMERS AND
