 MAXIMUM CAPACITY FOR THE PROPOSED FUTURE LAND USE, IN
 PARTICULAR FOR POTABLE WATER, WASTEWATER, DRAINAGE,
 SOLID WASTE AND TRAFFIC.THE LOS ANALYSIS SHALL SHOW
 THAT THERE IS CAPACITY AVAILABLE ON SITE FOR THE
 PROPOSED FUTURE LAND USE DESIGNATION.
 A. SOLID WASTE ANALYSIS SHALL REFER TO THE SOLID WASTE
 AUTHORITY LETTER DATED FEBRUARY 24, 2008, REGARDING THE
 AVAILABILITY OF SOLID WASTE DISPOSAL CAPACITY FOR THE
 MUNICIPALITIES AND UNINCORPORATED COUNTY FOR 2008.
 PLEASE SEE ATTACHED.
 B. THERE IS A DISCREPANCY IN THE PUBLIC FACILITIES
 IMPACT TABLE IN REGARDS TO THE FAR REFERENCED UNDER THE
 ?DEMAND-EXITING FLU CH (PBC)? COLUMN.POTABLE WATER
 AND WASTEWATER CALCULATIONS ARE BASED ON A 0.5 FAR;
 HOWEVER, SOLID WASTER CALCULATIONS ARE BASED ON A 0.35
 FAR.PLEASE REVISE.
 C. IF PALM BEACH COUNTY WILL BE THE PROVIDER OF THESE
 SERVICES, PLEASE SUBMIT A LETTER FROM THE COUNTY
 STATING THEY HAVE THE CAPACITY TO PROVIDE THE POTENTIAL
 INCREASE.
  
 OTHER COMMENTS:
  
 3. PROVIDE THE STATUS OF THE SEDONA COMMONS INFORMAL
 SITE PLAN REVIEW (ISPR) APPLICATION, TO INCLUDE ANY

 5. PROVIDE A TRAFFIC STUDY EVALUATING THE IMPACTS OF
 THE PROPOSED AMENDMENT TO THE FUTURE LAND USE.THE
 STUDY SHOULD BE BASED ON THE MAXIMUM DEVELOPMENT
 POTENTIAL FOR THE SUBJECT PARCEL?S CURRENT AND PROPOSED
 FUTURE LAND USE DESIGNATIONS. THE STUDY MUST EVALUATE
 THE CURRENT IMPACTS OF THE PROPOSED AMENDMENT AS WELL
 AS FUTURE IMPACTS (10-YEAR HORIZON).
  
 SURVEY
  
 6. SURVEY SHALL BE ACCOMPANIED BY A (COMPLETE) TITLE
 POLICY.
