 LIST THE WET SEASON WATER TABLE CONTROL ELEVATION AT
 14.50 FEET NGVD. THE CITY TRIES TO MAINTAIN THE WATER
 LEVEL IN CLEAR LAKE (LOCATED LESS THAN 1,000 FEET TO
 THE WEST OF THE SITE) AT 14.5 FT NGVD AND THE WATER
 LEVEL IN THE EAST LOBE OF CLEAR LAKE (LOCATED LESS THAN
 300 FEET TO THE NORTH OF THE SITE) AT THIS 14.5 FT NGVD
 STAGE OR HIGHER.
  
 2. REVISE THE EXFILTRATION TRENCH CALCULATIONS TO MATCH
 THE PROPOSED TRENCH DIMENSIONS IN THE PLANS. NOTE DU IS
 THE VERTICAL DISTANCE BETWEEN: (A) THE HIGHER OF THE
 TRENCH BOTTOM OR WET SEASON WATER LEVEL (BOTH ARE 11.00
 FT NGVD); AND (B) THE LOWER OF THE CONTROL ELEVATION
 (15.50 FEET NGVD) OR TOP OF TRENCH ELEVATION (16.50 FT
 NGVD).
  
 3. REVISE THE ICPR MODELING TO MATCH THE PROPOSED WEIR
 ELEVATION. CAN THE WEIR/SLOT ELEVATION BE RAISED? THERE
 IS PLENTY OF FREEBOARD BETWEEN THE LOWEST RIM/GRATE
 ELEVATION AND THE PEAK 25-YEAR 3-DAY STAGE.
  
 4. THE EXISTING CONDITIONS MODELING SHOULD BE AS THE
 SITE EXISTS TODAY INSTEAD OF AS IT EXISTED AS A TRAIN
 YARD AND RAIL SPUR.
  
 5. WHY TWO OUTFALL PIPES? IT WAS MENTIONED IN THE
 OPENING PARAGRAPH OF THE DRAINAGE NARRATIVE THAT THE
 SITE WAS PREVIOUSLY DESIGNED/PERMITTED WITH NO
 DISCHARGE TO OFFSITE AREAS FOR THE 25-YEAR 3-DAY EVENT.
 ONE OUTFALL PIPE SHOULD BE SUFFICIENT TO CONVEY RUNOFF
 FROM THE SITE FOR STORMS LARGER THAN THE 25-YEAR 3-DAY
 DESIGN EVENT.
