 THE EXFILTRATION TRENCH DETAIL ON SHEET C-18 NOTES THAT
 DIMENSIONS VARY FOR TRENCH DEPTH AND WIDTH. DIMENSIONS
 NOT SPECIFIED ELSEWHERE IN PLANS. PLEASE ADD THE
 DIMENSIONS TO THE DETAIL.
 THE PLAN SHEET (C-4) AND DETAIL CALL OUT FLAP GATE FOR
 CB-21 (C-8). A DETAIL FOR BACKFLOW VALVE INCLUDED ON
 DETAIL SHEET (C-8). IS THE FLAP GATE INTENDED TO BE THE
 BACKFLOW VALVE?
 WITH THE SHOWN POTABLE WATER CONNECTION CONFIGURATION,
 AN EASEMENT WILL BE REQUIRED AROUND CONTROL VALVE AND
 METER. PLEASE ALSO SHOW THE BACKFLOW PREVENTER ON

 NORTHEAST OUT OF CONTROL STRUCTURE CS-1. THE CONTROL

 18.10 FEET NGVD. FLOW WILL BUBBLE OUT OF THE TRENCH
 DRAIN WHEN THERE IS SUBSTANTIAL FLOW OVER THE WEIR.
  
 8. WHERE IS THE BACKFLOW VALVE TO BE INSTALLED (DETAIL
 ON SHEET C-10)?
  
 9. STORM DRAINAGE ANALYSIS IN THE SURFACE WATER
 MANAGEMENT REPORT:
 A. ASSUMES NO WEIR TO CONTROL WATER SURFACE ELEVATIONS
 B. PIPE VELOCITY BETWEEN STRUCTURES 1 AND 3 AND BETWEEN
 3 AND THE OUTFALL ARE EXCESSIVE (10 FEET PER SECOND).
 C. HGL ELEVATIONS ARE LOWER THAN PIPE INVERT
 ELEVATIONS.
  
 10. OPEN CUT TRENCH FOR WATER MAIN CONNECTION ON
 CHILLINGWORTH DRIVE WILL REQUIRE THE ROADWAY TO BE
 MILLED AND RE-SURFACED 50 FEET EACH SIDE OF THE TRENCH
 AND COMPLETE WIDTH OF TRAVEL LANE(S).
