 4. THE PRB DETAIL SHOULD SHOW THE BAFFLE CLOSED ON TOP

 REVIEW COMMENTS:
  
 1. I HAVE CONCERNS WITH REGARD TO CHANGES THAT HAD BEEN
 MADE IN THE PROPOSED DRAINAGE METHOD FOR THE FRONT
 PARKING LOT. FLUMES DIRECTING THE SURFACE WATER FROM
 THE PARKING LOT INTO THE VARIOUS LANDSCAPE ISLANDS ARE
 NOW SHOWN, FURTHER DIRECTING IT TO CATCH BASINS AT THE
 TERMINUS OF THE ISLANDS. THERE IS A SIGNIFICANT AMOUNT
 OF LANDSCAPING IN THESE ISLANDS. CITY STAFF AND THE
 APPLICANT NEED TO LOOK INTO THIS TO SEE IF 1) CAN THE
 LANDSCAPING SURVIVE IN SUCH CONDITIONS, AND 2) HOW DOES
 THIS LANDSCAPING EFFECT THE DRAINAGE FLOW.
  
 2. THERE WERE ALSO A COUPLE CHANGES TO THE SITE PLAN
 FROM WHAT WAS APPROVED PREVIOUSLY, SO THERE WILL NEED
 TO BE A MINOR AMENDMENT TO THE CITY/ASHLEY FURNITURE
 COMMERCIAL PLANNED DEVELOPMENT (CPD). SUCH APPLICATION
 SHALL BE SUBMITTED TO THE CITY'S DEVELOPMENT SERVICES
 DEPARTMENT ? PLANNING DIVISION.
