Subject to the following conditions: A. the existing landscpae hedges along the east and south side of the pool shall remain, screening the pool area from public view. In the ev ent that the landscape screening is removed, another form of screening is to be provided, subject to Staff approval. B. The property shall comply with Section 94-4829a) of the City's ZLDR s, specifically regarding the required landscape area within the front yard.
