FPL OKEECHOBEE TRANSMISSION CORRIDOR PARKING LOTS - VARIANCES Request for the following three (3) variances in the construction of a n off-site accessory parking lot within the FPL Okeechobee Transmissio n Corridor, located approx. 540 ft. north of Okeechobee Blvd., between Palm Beach Lakes Blvd. and S. Chillingworth Dr.: Variance #1: Variance from ZLDR s.94-302(c)(1) to allow a 7 ft. high f ence within the required front setback. Variance #2: Variance from the requirement of ZLDR s.94-443(b)(2) to a llow three (3) of the four (4) parking areas to exceed the maximum 25% interrruption in the required landscape buffer strip for vehicular in gress and egress. Variance #3: Variance from ZLDR s.94-443(c)(3) to exempt the parking a reas from meeting the minimum 75% requirement for Category 1 Shade Tre es within the interior of the parking areas.
