EXTRA SPACE STORAGE MINOR PD AMENDMENT (PALMS GATEWAY CPD) A request by Taylor Theus Holdings, Inc., for a Minor Amendment to the Palms Gateway Commercial Planned Development (CPD) for the following changes to the Extra Space Storage Facility on Tract #4 of the CPD: - Reduction to the overall building square footage from 112,138 square feet to 111,502 square feet, and a reduction to the building footprin t from 23,462 square feet to 23,318 square feet. - A decrease to the overall building height from 58.54 feet to 57.71 f eet. - Addition of landscaping around the water meter located at the east p roperty line on Tract #4, and near the lift station of Tract #3. - Minor changes to the floor plans (which include increasing in the of fice component of the self-storage facility from 745 square feet to 1, 095 square feet), and the exterior elevations.
