CHARLESTON COMMONS - PHASE II (AS-BUILT) Minor Planned Development (PD) Amendment to Phase II of the Charleston Commons Residential Planned Development (RPD), modifying the followin g, as reflected in the as-built: - Reconfiguration of the sidewalk and tot lot fence to accomodate the relocation of the FPL transformer north of the playground. - Minor changes to the landscaping around the detention area, the sout h path leading from the community clubhouse to the lake trail, and the end of the north street where the it dead ends to the west buffer. - Reconfiguration of the community swimming pool, and the relocation o f the bicycle rack to the south side of the path leading to the tot lo t.
