Long, AICP, of Gunst er, on behalf of Norton Gallery & School of Art, Inc., for the followi ng: Code Revision Case No. 17-10: A text amendment to Section 94-402 of th e City?s Zoning and Land Development Regulations to allow certain proh ibited signs within planned development (PD) districts when adopted as part of a site-specific sign program; and Planning Board Case 1674E: A Major Amendment to The New Norton Communi ty Service Planned Development (CSPD) to amend the adopted sign progra m and also modify the previously-approved waiver to the provisions of Sec. 94-302 to increase the height of the service yard screen wall fro m six (6) feet to eight (8) feet. The approximately 8.64-acre New Norton CSPD is generally located at 15 08 South Dixie Highway, within Commission District No. 3 ? Commissione r Paula Ryan.
