(0.4% incr ease from the approved building sq. ft.), increase the overall buildin g height by 5.54 ft., and the consolidation of the two (2) separate lo ading docks with four (4) spaces into one centralized loading dock wit h four (4) loading spaces to the Extra Space Storage Building on Tract #4 of the CPD.
