TARA COVE MINOR AMENDMENT (LEVEL I) Level I Minor Site Plan Amendment to modify the approved plans for the Tara Cove residential development to reflect as-built. The changes to the approved site plan include the following: Reduce the size of the cabana from 1,241 sq. ft. to 592 sq. ft.; Reduc e the size of the swimming pool from 1,015 sq. ft. to 975 sq. ft.; Rem ove trellis from the pool deck area; Shift western pool fence towards the pool deck; Add pool equipment on the outside of the pool fence; Re locate mailbox kiosk to the inside of the clubhouse; Added sculpture b ehind the corner entrance sign to comply with the Art in Public Places requirement; Shift sidewalk along all end units closer to the buildin g to comply with built conditions; Reduce lift station from 30 ft. by 40 ft. to 10 ft. by 10 ft.; Add existing and relocated tree and palm i nformation in the Landscape Plan; and Update the Landscape Plan calcul ations based on the changes made to the site plan.
