OKEECHOBEE COMMONS RESIDENTIAL MINOR DSI AMENDMENT Minor changes to the approved site plan (Resolution No. 322-15), inclu ding: the addition of a 10 ft. by 15 ft. school bus stop and shelter a t the entrance of the development per the request of the Palm Beach Co unty School Board; Relocation of the freestanding project entrance sig n to within the Lake Worth Drainage District (LWDD)L-1 Canal ROW; Mino r modifications to the maintenance building/mail kiosk building; Minor adjustments to the apartment building footprints to address easement placement and separation requirements; The elimination of one (1) cove red parking garage bay, reducing the ten (10) car garage to nine (9), located at the northeast corner of the site to address Palm Beach Coun ty Water Utilities separation from easement requirement; Reconfigurati on of the resident only entrance on Skees Road to accomodate the traff ic turnaround at the request of the Palm Beach County Engineering Depa rtment; and minor landscaping changes to address all of the above.
