CHARLESTON COMMONS MINOR AMENDMENT The following site plan modifications are proposed: 1.) Addition of a five (5) foot high decorative fence within the south landscape buffer, and three segments within the north landscape buffe r; and 2.) Reconfiguration of the pool layout and added pool equipment and sh ower to the community recreation area; and 3.) Modifications to the landscaping around the recreation area to acc ommodate the new pool layout; and 4.) Addition of a six (6) foot high vinyl coated chain link fence arou nd each of the two detention areas in Phase II; and 5.) Removal of two (2) guest parking spaces in order to accommodate th e existing Comcast and FPL transformer.
