THE FOLLOWING CASES WERE COMPANION CASES: Planning Board Case No. 1701: A Rezoning to change the zoning designat ion of 12 parcels, totaling ?4.079 acres, from Historic Single Family High Density Residential, Context 2 (SF14-C2) to Railroad Transition D istrict (RTD). The 12 parcels, totaling ?4.079 acres, are generally located between P ark Place and Ardmore Road, west of the Florida East Coast (FEC) Railw ay right-of-way, within Commission District No. 5 ?
