The Preserve at Ibis - New Sign on Otter Drive The amendment includes installation of one (1) new freestanding sign a t the Otter Drive entrance to The Preserve at Ibis subdivision. Approv al is granted with the following conditions: 1. The columns on the sign shall not exceed 4?- 4? and the overall hei ght of the columns shall be depicted on the drawings submitted for bui lding permits. 2. The survey submitted with the building permit shall be a signed and sealed survey depicting the location of the sign.
