RICH'S ICE CREAM SILO INSTALLATION A Class B Special Use Permit to allow for alteration of Rich?s Ice Cre am, an existing non-conforming property/use, for installation of two s ilos and site improvements in the General Commercial (GC) zoning distr ict with the following conditions: 1. The silos shall not to exceed 20?-4?. 2. Prior to the final inspection of the two silos: a. The silos shall be painted to match the building paint color. b. Repaint the entire complex in a color palette consisting of more th an one color and aesthetically complementary to the South Dixie Highwa y corridor. c. Install landscaping and site improvements in accordance with the pl ans attached to the August 6, 2015 staff report with a modification to include a terminal landscape island on the north side of the proposed new parking.
