VIRGILLI RESIDENCE This case was continued from the April 28, 2015 Historic Preservation Board (HPB) meeting. The applicant has revised their plan to provide t he minimum required 15 foot separation between the principal structure and accessory structure in order to obtain an additional 3% lot cover age per ZLDR Section 94-85(e)(2).
