ECRWRF - BIOSOLIDS FACILITY - A City-initiated request for the followi ng: Case No. 1672: A Future Land Use (FLU) Map Amendment to change the FLU designation of approximately 6.30 acres from Conservation (CON) to Ut ilities (UT). Case No. 1672A: A Rezoning to change the zoning designation of approxi mately 6.30 acres from Conservation (CON) to Utilities (UT). The above-referenced requests are being made to correct the FLU and Zo ning designations to accurately reflect the boundaries of the East Cen tral Regional Wastewater Treatment Facility with the appropriate FLU a nd Zoning designations, and provide for the construction of facility i mprovements. The approximately 6.30 acre site is located on the south side of 47th Place North, approximately 0.5 miles west of North Haverhill Road, wit hin Commission District No. 4 ? Commissioner Keith James.
